Hiking Trails

	3★ Little Harbor Loop Portsmouth • 2 mi • Easy Shoreline hiking combined with a narrow forest trail that's a stone's throw away for Portsmouth residents.
	4★ Stratham Hill Park Stratham • 1-5 mi • Easy Fire tower hilltop views and great woodland trails.

Rail Trails

	4★ Seacoast Greenway Rail Trail Portsmouth-Seabrook • 12 mi • Moderate Your last chance to experience this route as an undeveloped trail before it's constructed into a new formal rail trail.
	4★ Rockingham Portsmouth Branch Manchester-Rockingham • 28 mi • Easy As popular as it is long, this predominantly smooth and level hardpack trail covered lots of varied ground.
	4★ Dover Community Rail Trail Dover • 4 mi • Easy This trail has a split personality, including a 1-mile paved urban section and a 2.7 mile rugged riverside route.
