How To Use Map Packs

  1   Install the free, open source Organic Maps smartphone app.
Follow steps to download topographical OpenStreetMap basemaps of your area.

  2   Download the Trailspotting Map Pack.
Saved to your phone's downloads folder by default.

  3   Import the Trailspotting Map Pack.
In Organic Maps, tap the third icon (2 stars & 3 dots). Select 'Import Bookmarks and Tracks' and load the Trailspotting Map Pack. Map pack is now visible on the main map.

Notes for use:
• Only use Trailspotting Map Packs in conjunction with a downloaded OpenStreetMap basemap.
• Downloaded Trailspotting Map Packs and OpenStreetMap basemaps don't need cell service. Carry a smartphone battery backup when using for navigation, along with your usual hiking essentials.
