Hiking Trails
	Stratham Hill Park 4★ Stratham, NH 1.0-4.8 miles, Easy, Gain 50-450 feet | Fire tower hilltop views and great woodland trails.
	Little Harbor Loop 3★ Portsmouth, NH 1.9 miles, Easy, Gain 140 feet | Shoreline hiking combined with a narrow forest trail that's a stone's throw away for Portsmouth residents.

Rail Trails
	Seacoast Greenway Rail Trail 4★ Portsmouth-Seabrook, NH 11.6 miles, Medium | Your last chance to experience this route as an undeveloped trail before it's constructed into a new formal rail trail.
	Rockingham Rail Trail, Portsmouth Branch 4★ Manchester-Rockingham, NH 28 miles, Easy | As popular as it is long, this predominanty smooth and level hardpack trail covered lots of varied ground.
	Dover Community Rail Trail 4★ Dover, NH 4.2 miles, Easy | This trail has a smit personality, including a 1-mile paved urban section and a 2.7 mile rugged riverside route.
