How To Install

Install the free, open source
Follow steps to download topographical OpenStreetMap basemaps of your area.

Download the Trailspotting Map Pack.
Saved to your downloads folder by default.

Import the Trailspotting Map Pack.
In Organic Maps, tap the third icon at the bottom (two stars & three dots). Select 'Import Bookmarks and Tracks'.

Navigating with Trailspotting Map Packs

Use Trailspotting Map Packs only with downloaded OpenStreetMap basemap.
Basemap provides terrain contours, trails, features and points of interest - essential for navigation or rerouting it you leave the trail.

Downloaded OpenStreetMap basemaps work without cell service.
But they require a charged phone. Carry a backup battery and secure your phone with a lanyard to prevent damage. Follow standard safe hiking practices, including carrying paper maps and knowing how to read them.
